Through compassion, support, and mobility solutions, we aim to restore the quiet power of freedom for those with ALS.

We recognized that there is a significant need within the ALS community for assistance in securing handicap-accessible vehicles for deserving candidates. These vehicles are not simply a convenience; they are a lifeline that restores independence, dignity, and the ability to remain active in daily life.
For people in the ALS community, mobility is critical for maintaining quality of life, independence, and freedom, whether to get to doctor appointments, visit family and friends, or check off a memorable bucket list vacation.
Unfortunately, the cost of modifying or purchasing accessible vehicles can be extraordinarily high, often reaching tens of thousands of dollars, and the supply available to families in need is limited. For many individuals living with ALS and their loved ones, these barriers make reliable transportation feel out of reach at a time when mobility and connection matter most.

Our goal is to help overcome these obstacles by providing support, awareness, and resources so that members of the ALS community can maintain their freedom of movement and quality of life for as long as possible. By helping bridge this gap, we hope to ease a small part of the burden that families face after an ALS diagnosis.
At the same time, this mission is deeply personal. It also serves to honor the legacy of Kris, a loving wife, mother, and friend to all. Even while facing the immense challenges of ALS, she carried herself with courage, grace, and an unmistakable spirit that touched everyone around her. She truly “sparkled” despite her difficult diagnosis, bringing warmth, humor, and strength into every room she entered.
Through this effort, we strive not only to support others navigating ALS but also to carry forward Kris’s light by helping families experience greater independence, connection, and hope during an incredibly difficult journey.
